Michelle Seewald is a seasoned leadership coach, team facilitator, and fitness coach. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and her M.S. in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
After a career in Human Resources and Leadership Development, Michelle left the corporate environment in 2019 to focus on her passions: coaching and helping others. She owns a consulting business, is certified in Adaptive Yoga Therapy, and is currently working with people that have Parkinson’s.

Michelle joined the Jaycees in 2019 after participating in the Blossom Time Festival, Chili Brew Off, and other events with her then boyfriend, and now husband, Jon. Her invitation to become a Jaycee was not only a surprise, but an honor.
Michelle is no stranger to community involvement, she is the co-chair of the local Alzheimer’s Association and has held various committee roles focused on educating and supporting women in leadership.

To say that the Jaycees are like family to Michelle is an understatement; she not only has the pleasure of working with her husband Jon, but her stepdaughter Isabelle is now a Jaycee as well. After working in Finance for Blossom Time for many years, Michelle stepped up to bring back Jaycee’s annual Chili Brew Off. Michelle's amazing event committee had a record year in 2023 and look to bring even stronger results in 2024. She is proud to be a Chagrin Valley Jaycee and is looking forward to serving her community in years to come.
