A Valley Tradition Like No Other
Join us in the heart of downtown Chagrin Falls for the grand finale of the beloved Blossom Time Festival. The Blossom Time Parade is one of Northeast Ohio’s most cherished Memorial Day weekend traditions, drawing between 50,000 and 100,000 spectators each year.
With roots dating back to before World War II and revived more than 60 years ago by the Jaycees, this parade has grown into one of Ohio’s most vibrant community celebrations. Marching bands, decorated floats, fire engines, drill teams, community organizations, veterans groups, and classic cars from across the state fill the streets in a patriotic display honoring tradition, service, and community pride.
2026 Theme: Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary
This year’s parade honors 250 years of American history. Participants will showcase patriotic decorations and creative interpretations of this historic milestone throughout the route.

Participate in the 2026 Blossom Time Parade
Parade Date: Sunday, May 24, 2026
Start Time: 2:00 PM
Assembly Time: 12:30 PM
Assembly Location: Chagrin Falls High School (400 East Washington Street, one mile east of downtown — see map for details)
Parking Information:

Buses may drop off passengers and park either at the assembly area or in the downtown lot at the end of the parade route.

Private vehicles are allowed to pass through the assembly area for participant drop-offs only. Please exit promptly after unloading.

Limited parking is available at the staging area. Space is limited, so please plan ahead.

No parking is permitted at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Staging spot numbers will be emailed the Saturday before the parade. Please print your number and clearly affix it to the front right side of your float or vehicle.
Awards and Judging:

Judging will take place at the reviewing stand in Triangle Park at the parade’s conclusion.

Winners will be selected based on the categories listed in the registration form.

Winners will be announced via email and on the Chagrin Valley Jaycees Facebook page.

2026 Parade Theme: Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary
All participants are required to decorate their cars, trucks, and trailers in patriotic style. Show off red, white, and blue, honor our nation’s history, and help celebrate 250 years of America.
