Matt Michalek

Matt Michalek, is a dedicated and accomplished member of the Chagrin Valley Jaycees for over a decade.

In 2011, Matt was honored with the Martini Award for most valuable new member to the organization. He has held pivotal roles on the Board of Directors, including Secretary, Vice President, and two-term President, leaving a lasting mark on the organization.

During his tenure as President, Matt initiated the Endowment Fund/Investment Committee, highlighting his commitment to increasing charitable giving or the Chagrin Valley Jaycees to local non-profits. This fund aims to provide sustained assistance to local charities, ensuring a lasting impact on the community.

In the business world, Matt serves as the President of Hi-Tech Extrusions, a custom thermoplastic extrusion company, demonstrating his proficiency in leadership and growth since 1997.

Matt's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and a Master's in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
